Gold Blend Jar with Nescafe changed to No Escape, captions read 'from slow death' and 'Nestle and Baby Mild'. Reefers to the practice of Nestle giving free baby milk to mothers in the third world for just long enough for there body to stop producing it at which time nestle started charging for it. It has also been shown that breast feeding is particularly important is the Third world as it passes vital antibodies to the child. When an official from the World Health Organization (please tell us who if you know) was asked on the UK program The Mark Thomas Comedy Product for a message to Nestle, he simply replied 'Stop killing our babies'.
